Please take the time to read, understand, and acknowledge this policy. I have this set up in order to protect myself as a small business owner. Cancelations may be made up to 48 hours in advance with no fee. Please use the website to cancel your appointment within the appropriate time frame. Cancelations or reschedules made past the 48 hour mark will result in a fee of 50% of the service booked. This amount will NOT be put towards any appointments booked more than 3 weeks out. If an appointment is booked with in 3 weeks however the fee will be applied to the rebooked appointment. All cancelation/ rescheduling fees are to be paid the day of and you will not be able to book future appointments without paying in the correct time frame. Cancelations made within 24 hours or later will result in 100% of the booked service fee charged. LATE APPOINTMENTS Please try to plan accordingly and leave early if necessary. Reach out if you’re running late, I understand traffic is unpredictable at times and things happen. However I may not be able to complete your service booked if you are running more than 15 minutes behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late and the service cannot be performed you will be charged 50% of the service booked for that day and need to plan to reschedule. NO SHOW I have a zero tolerance policy for no call no shows. You will be charged 100% of the service booked and unable to book any future appointments.
